Nothing better than the day after a win, right? Check out these headlines as you bask in the glow of victory, starting with the future:

1. 'The future is fast'

If you were tuned into Sunday Night Football then you may have spotted an appearance from some Broncos.

Nike released its newest commercial showing the future of football exuding confidence on the field— so confident that they take the place of some of the NFL's biggest names. DeMarcus Ware didn't look too happy to be subbed out for a kid, for example.

2. AFC West picture has slightly changed

Welp, Week 13 was interesting.

With a loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, the New England Patriots have now suffered their second-straight loss after the Broncos snapped their undefeated streak. That loss makes them 10-2, just like the Broncos and the Bengals.

If the regular season ended right now, the Broncos would earn a bye in the AFC Playoffs as the No. 2 seed, as the Bengals own the best AFC record and the Broncos come out ahead of the Patriots because of their win in Week 12.

ESPN broke down the twists and turns of the AFC mix-up, including the rest of the playoff picture and what's working for the Broncos:

The Denver defense plus "Da Brockweilder" at quarterback (Brock Osweiler has a million nicknames, but I'm not missing the chance to shout out "Method Man" and "Redman") is the right recipe for the rolling Broncos right now. Osweiler & Co. cruised to a 17-3 victory over San Diego on Sunday, giving Denver three straight wins under their new quarterback and moving them into position for a first-round bye.
