ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Denver continues to sign its 2024 draft picks.
Running back Audric Estime signed his four-year rookie deal, the team announced on Friday.
The Broncos selected Estime in the fifth round of the 2024 NFL Draft with the 147th-overall pick.
The Notre Dame product averaged 6.4 yards per carry and 111.8 yards per game in 2023 as he rushed for 1,341 yards and 18 touchdowns. The second-team All-American set a single-season program record for rushing touchdowns, and his single-season rushing total ranks fifth in school history.
"He's strong," Head Coach Sean Payton said after the draft. "I think he has really good vision, contact balance. He was one of the higher-graded backs after contact. He's a physical player."
Estime is the third player in Denver's seven-player draft class to sign his rookie deal, joining guard Nick Gargiulo and wide receiver Devaughn Vele.
