On Tuesday, Dec. 16, Denver Broncos Foundation Board Chair Carrie Walton Penner and Broncos Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Nominee Garett Bolles hosted a ribbon-cutting to open the Marvin W. Foote Youth Services Center's courtyard renovated by the Denver Broncos Foundation.
