Denver Police Academy hosts Broncos players for learning experience

For National First-Responder Appreciation Day, several Broncos players visited the Denver Police Academy to learn more about what it takes to be a police officer.

On Wednesday, the Denver Broncos Foundation hosted a Scholastic Book Fair, in partnership with HidrateSpark, for Center for Talent Development students. Each child received three books — and the school will receive 300 books — as the Broncos had alumni, staff, Denver Broncos Cheerleaders and HidrateSpark volunteers on site to help out.

On Tuesday, Denver Broncos staff and members of the Broncos Family Network worked with Wish for Wheels to build bikes that were then distributed to children at a local school with help from Zach Allen, Marvin Mims Jr., Jaleel McLaughlin, Thomas Incoom, Denver Broncos Cheerleaders, Miles the Mascot and Broncos alumni.
