The Squeeze: Waterboys & subzero temps

Happy Monday, #BroncosCountry!

Here are three things to know going into your work week.

1. Chris Harris Jr. joins Rams' Chris Long's *Waterboys *initiative

Rams defensive end Chris Long is teaming up with Chris Harris and 19 NFL athletes to bring clean water to suffering communities in Tanzania and East Africa through Waterboys, the cornerstone initiative of The Chris Long Foundation, beginning today, August 24, the foundation announced.

Since launching the foundation in May, Long has worked to build a team of NFL "waterboys," one player for each of the 32 NFL teams. Each representative will serve as the face of the initiative within their respective NFL market and will simultaneously work to raise money and awareness so that every NFL market can build its own dedicated well in East Africa.

2. Tony Carter really likes Colorado's water

There's no simpler way to stay hydrated than to place a glass right under your kitchen faucet.

3. Webster keeps it cool

A few of the Broncos players choose cryotherapy for recovery including Kayvon Webster who stepped into the "cryosauna" bearing sub-zero temperatures on Sunday.

4. In case you missed it...
