The Squeeze: 'The Shutdown Club' and NFL families divided

The Broncos are back to work at UCHealth Training Center, prepping for their trip to Chicago. In the meantime, here are a couple headlines to get caught up on, starting with the "No Fly Zone":

1. Harris earns spot in ESPN's "Shutdown Club"
For years cornerback Chris Harris Jr. has been fighting to get the recognition he deserves on the field.

Finally, Harris is rising as an underdog and was named on Tuesday to former NFL defensive back Matt Bowen's "Shutdown Club" on ESPN.com.

Just seven corners in the NFL were included on the list, including Harris, along with Carolina's Josh Norman and New England's Malcolm Butler.

Harris is finally starting to get the credit he deserves as a cornerback with natural man-coverage skills and true versatility in the secondary … You want Harris to play outside? That's cool. How about in the slot? He can do that too. It all starts with his sweet footwork and terrific closing speed to drive on the ball. I expect the Broncos CB to be on this list for a long time.
