The Squeeze: The Bachelorette, workouts and naps

Good morning #BroncosCountry!

We hope you're enjoying this lovely Tuesday morning! Want to get caught up with four social storylines this morning? You're in the right place:

1. Broncos and The Bachelorette

Not only does at least one Bronco watch The Bachelorette, (though we know there are more!) but one Bronco in particular has a connection to one of the contestants!

First, K Connor Barth isn't just the occasional watcher; he makes sure to block off his whole Monday night.

RB C.J. Anderson also ran into one of The Bachelorette contests (and Broncos fan) JJ Lane at a Waffle House.

SPOILERS

The biggest surprise is that ILB Steven Johnson knows contestant Tanner Tolbert, a native of Kansas City. Steven attended the University of Kansas from 2008-2011, when Tolbert worked as a KU football manger assisting the defensive coordinator.

Last night, Tolbert was sent home and Johnson was there for him over Twitter.

@SMJ2852 haha good lookin out @SMJ2852 I think I'll get over it ;-) — Tanner Tolbert (@ttolbert05) June 30, 2015

2. Offseason workouts according to Instagram

2015 training camp is still a ways away, but that doesn't mean the Broncos aren't finding ways to workout. Here are some of their offseason training activities according to Instagram:

K Connor Barth paddle boards

S David Bruton Jr. mountain bikes

WR Jordan Norwood plays bubble soccer

3. Top tweet We've got to agree with CB Tony Carter – nothing better than a nice nap.

4. In case you missed it…

ESPN AFC West reporters debate who is the biggest threat to end the Broncos' run of four straight AFC West titles.

C.J. Anderson talk about the time he nearly bowled a 300.

CBSSports.com lists the 1998 Broncos as the best team in franchise history.
