OLB DeMarcus Ware represented the Broncos at the 2016 NFL Draft, announcing Denver's third-round selection of safety Justin Simmons. While that was the most visible moment of his weekend in Chicago, he also enjoyed the time he was afforded to have a wonderful time with his son.

The Broncos took their draft on the road for the final day, announcing their final selections from the base of Mary Jane Territory at Winter Park Resort. It was a unique spot showcasing the natural beauty of Colorado and its ski slopes, and how could you resist watching former Broncos QB Jake Plummer skiing down to make the team's fourth-round pick?
And while Jake Plummer nailed his stop on the slope, Miles had a little bit more trouble.

I tend to think any football player would be overjoyed to be selected in the NFL Draft, and doubly so to be drafted by the defending world champions. From Paxton Lynch to Riley Dixon, the newest members of the Broncos voiced as much on Twitter and Instagram:
