The Squeeze: Special Olympics, wrecking balls and camp goals

Happy third day of training camp! Here are three things to get caught up on this morning.

1. Gradkowski's friend and Special Olympian Nikia Davenport medals at World Games

Offensive lineman has always been very involved with the Special Olympics, and two months ago, Gradkowski got volunteered at the Special Olympics of Colorado.

During his time in Grand Junction, Colorado, helping out with the event, Gradkowski met Nikia Davenport, a power lifter. Yesterday, Davenport earned a gold medal in the bench press at the World Games.

Congrats, Nikia!!

2. Anderson came in like a wrecking ball

Despite being considered undersized, running back C.J. Anderson has found success.

Anderson spoke with the Denver Post’s Woody Paige about how his determination got him to where he is today.

"Because I've always been undersized since Pop Warner, I had to keep proving myself," he says.
