The Squeeze: Ray tells The MMQB what he learned from D-Ware

1. Definition of a leader

Following DeMarcus Ware's retirement Monday, players, coaches and media members shared their congratulations as well as their thoughts on Ware as a player and as a person. The MMQB also reached out to a player whose career Ware impacted the most — Shane Ray — to find out what made Ware such a strong leader.

2. 'Congrats, Fam'

While Ware retired, the Broncos also saw two of their free agents who had helped them reach Super Bowl 50 move on to other teams. Cornerback and special teams captain Kayvon Webster signed with the Los Angeles Rams, and nose tackle Sylvester Williams signed with the Tennessee Titans.

3. New beginnings

Though the Broncos lost Ware and a couple free agents, they also signed three players on Monday, including DE Zach Kerr, who is more than ready to get started.

4. Hey-o, Neyo!

RB Kapri Bibbs is training in Los Angeles this offseason and ran into one of his musical inspirations, Neyo!
