The Squeeze: Rafting, catches and batting practice

Good morning #BroncosCountry,

We hope you're enjoying this marvelous hump day! Here are four things to get caught up on before you start your day.

1. Garland and Siemian go rafting

G Ben Garland and rookie QB Trevor Siemian hit the Colorado rapids yesterday with Garland's brothers.

Garland is no stranger to adventure – the Colorado native went bungee jumping in New Zealand this year.

2. Sanders shows off circus-catches

WR Emmanuel Sanders is obviously getting his offseason work in this month. Yesterday, Sanders showed off his own Jugs machine on Instagram and proceeded to show off a variety of circus-catches.

3. Top Instagram post Bay Area-native S T.J. Ward got a close look at some batting practice before the Giants' match-up against the New York Mets yesterday.
