The Squeeze: Degrees, Hall of Fame and kids

Good morning, #BroncosCountry – 

Happy Sunday! We hope you're had a splendid weekend. Here are three things that you should get caught up with before you close the weekend.

1. Anunike excels on the field and in the classroom

Defensive end Kenny Anunike's father, Emmanuel, followed the 'American dream' and came to the United States looking for a better life.

Three degrees later (a bachelor's in architecture, a master's in urban studies and a Ph.D. in educational leadership), Emmanuel instilled the importance of higher learning in his four children, including Anunike.

After a string of hardships, Anunike has endured and this summer he finished his masters in liberal studies after earning a bachelor's degree in biological anthropology and anatomy from Duke University.

The Denver Post went in depth with Anunike about his father, his slew of injuries and how he has braved through his obstacles.
