Chris Harris Jr. is spending the weekend back at his alma mater for the Kansas Jayhawks' Spring Game. He brought along his wife and two daughters to spend some quality time with his family in Lawrence!

2. 'Welcome to Colorado!'

Arizona high schooler Becca Longo made history Thursday when she signed a letter of intent to play football at Adams State as the school's kicker. She is believed to be the first woman to sign with a Division II school or higher.

Brandon McManus took a second to congratulate Longo on her incredible accomplishment and to welcome her to the kicking club in Colorado.

Derek Wolfe shared this video of his treadmill workout, and it's pretty impressive for a 6-foot-5, 285-pound defensive lineman!

4. R.I.P. Mr. Rooney The NFL world lost one of its greatest ambassadors Thursday afternoon with the passing of Steelers Chairman Dan Rooney. Emmanuel Sanders, who spent four years as a Steeler, posted a heartfelt farewell on Instagram to his former employer.

5. Thanks for the memories, Pot Roast!

Former Broncos defensive tackle Terrance Knighton announced his retirement Thursday morning. Following the news, several Broncos took to Twitter to congratulate the big guy on a great career!
