ENGLEWOOD, Colo. --Brock Osweiler practiced for the first time in 10 days as the Broncos returned from a one-day respite for some on-field work Monday at the UCHealth Training Center.

Osweiler rejoined Peyton Manning, who was named the starter for next Sunday's game against the Steelers last week and took part in all three practices last week.

OLB DeMarcus Ware was also back after sitting out last week to rest the knee he injured in the Week 17 win over the Chargers.

Safety T.J. Ward, cornerback Aqib Talib and ILB Brandon Marshall were also among those practicing as the Broncos conducted their first outside work of the postseason. The Broncos practiced inside the Pat Bowlen Fieldhouse last week.

Just two players did not practice: cornerback Chris Harris Jr. (shoulder) and safety Darian Stewart (hamstring). The Broncos hope to have both back later this week. Stewart's injury is considered the more serious of the two, although he said it wasn't as bad as the original hamstring injury that caused him to miss the Week 15 game in Pittsburgh.

"We hope to be back at full strength Wednesday," Head Coach Gary Kubiak said.

"I feel like I'm getting back to full strength, man," Stewart added. "By Sunday, I feel like I'll be ready to go."
