ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- The Broncos completed paring their roster to 75 players Tuesday afternoon by waiving OLB Danny Mason and TE Dan Light after practice.

Earlier in the day, the Broncos waived WR Nathan Palmer. Those moves followed the 12 that took place Monday, including the waiving of nine players, the release of ILB Reggie Walker, the trade of OT Chris Clark and the decision to place TE Jeff Heuerman on injured reserve.

Mason, a speedy 235-pound linebacker who played indoor football in recent years, had been with the Broncos throughout the offseason and training camp. Light signed with the Broncos last Friday, nearly nine months after having surgery to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament suffered during his senior season at Fordham.
