Gould joined the Broncos as part of Gary Kubiak's staff in 2015 as a special teams quality control coach and, over the past two years, has worked closely with kicker Brandon McManus. In their time together, McManus had made 59 of 69 field-goal attempts (85.5 percent) and scored 244 total points, seventh in the NFL.*
