Denver Broncos | News

Broncos, Briefly: Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2019

A few statistics that jump out about Murray: Completion percentage (69.0 in 2018), touchdown-to-interception ratio (42-7), rushing ability (7.2 yards per attempt) and, here's the big one, yards per pass attempt (11.6). That set an FBS record (the old mark was 11.1). That shows he has an ability to power the football down the field but is also accurate on short passes that gives his receiver the ability to gain yards post-catch.

With a month before the start of free agency (negotiation window opens March 11), the Broncos have a lengthy shopping list that spans all three phases. Luckily, they have the means to find help and the roster flexibility to expand their cap space, if necessary.

The Pathfinder Award, which honors outstanding alumni or former students who have made outstanding contributions in their field of endeavor wherein training or education began at NJC, was given to Steve Antonopulos and Elaine Daly.

The motorsports-and-merchandising juggernaut will take over the home of the Denver Broncos at 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 27. The 2019 Monster Jam Stadium Tour will arrive just a few months after this weekend's (Feb. 8-10) "Triple Threat Series" shows at the Pepsi Center, and after the April 5-7 Monster Jam shows at the Broadmoor Arena in Colorado Springs.
