Deadlines spur action. The Broncos and Miller have until July 15 to secure a monster contract. And that's the issue. This will be the biggest deal in team history. Miller will make quarterback money when it's done. A deal like this takes time because Miller wants to be the NFL's highest-paid defensive player with an annual salary of $20 million. *
