What is the status of having fans attend games at Empower Field at Mile High this season?
In consultation with the state of Colorado and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, capacity at Empower Field at Mile High will initially be limited to approximately 5,700 fans. The Broncos will continue to work closely with the state and public health experts, and they will together re-evaluate increasing fan attendance for future home games.
Will season ticket holders be able to purchase single-game tickets for games during the 2020 season?
All season ticket holders will be entered into a weighted lottery based on priority number and be alerted to a specific timeframe they will have access to buy tickets. Specific lottery details and on-sale information will be shared with season ticket holders directly via e-mail within the next week.
Will season ticket holders have the opportunity to purchase their exact seat location on a single game basis during the 2020 season?
We cannot guarantee a specific seat location will be available. Any single-game tickets that become available at the time of purchase are unlikely to be your usual seat location.

How will refunds be processed?
All refunds will be applied using the same payment method that was submitted for the season ticket renewal [credit card/check.] If multiple credit cards were used, each card will receive the refund for the same amount that was originally charged. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.

How do the Broncos plan to keep fans safe while attending games at Empower Field at Mile High?
Among many increased safety precautions at Empower Field at Mile High this year, there will be mandatory social distancing and face covering requirements for all fans. Announced safety measures include installing bipolar ionization in the stadium's HVAC system, UV-C lights under escalators to reduce or eliminate bacteria on widely used handrails, and 500+ hand sanitization stations. The stadium has also sped up the transformation of all bathrooms to entirely touchless systems, including toilets, sinks, and paper towel dispensers. This is just a start—we will continue to work with the league and stadium partners on best practices to be prepared to safely host fans this season.
