WATSON AT A GLANCE:

  • A 10th-year linebacker who appeared in 107 regular-season games (7 starts) and four postseason contests with Tampa Bay (2010-13), Jacksonville (2014), Dallas (2014), New England (2015), Denver (2016) and San Francisco (2017-18).
  • Totaled 98 tackles (77 solo), six sacks (36 yds.), one interception, four passes defensed, four forced fumbles and four fumble recoveries in addition 54 career special-teams stops in his first nine NFL seasons.
  • Contributed 10 tackles (7 solo) and four special-teams stops in 18 games played with the 49ers from 2017-18.
  • Played all 16 games in his first stint with Denver in 2016, recording six tackles (5 solo), one sack (7 yds.) and a team-high 11 special-teams stops.
  • Saw action in three regular-season games and two postseason contests for New England in 2015, contributing three special-teams tackles.
