The Squeeze: The Manning Brothers return to their roots

Good morning, #BroncosCountry –

Happy Friday! Are you wearing your orange and blue today? The Broncos head out tomorrow to Detroit to get ready for the Lions, so while they're getting prepared, you should get caught up on these three storylines:

1. The Mannings return to Isidore Newman School

Before Peyton Manning was a Tennessee Volunteer, he was an Isidore Newman Greenie throwing touchdown passes to his older brother Cooper donned in green and white.

Located in New Orleans, the Isidore Newman School was home to Peyton, Cooper and their youngest brother Eli Manning.

In the Greenie record books, Peyton still holds the single-season passing record set in 1993 (2,703 yards) and Eli holds the career record in passing yards set from 1995-98 (7,268 yards).

In a video by CBS, Eli and Peyton went back to their roots as part of the NFL's Super Bowl High School Honor Roll initiative. The duo talked about their high school football days and why they both wore No. 18 in high school and, for Peyton, why he still does to this day.

2. Stewart is A #ThankGodItsThursday fan

Wednesday nights are for Empire.

Thursday nights are for Scandal and How to Get Away with Murder.

Safety Darian Stewart knows this – but throw Thursday Night Football into the mix and an easy night of watching TV turns into a struggle:

3. In case you missed it…
