The NFL announced the remaining 16 moments, and fans can cast their vote until Wednesday, Jan. 15.

Fans are encouraged to select eight of the remaining 16 moments to advance to the quarterfinals.

In addition to Elway's defining play in Super Bowl XXXII, you can vote for other memorable plays like "The Catch," the "Music City Miracle" and David Tyree's helmet catch.

The final eight plays will be announced on Jan. 16, and the final four will be announced on Jan. 23.

The voting began with one play from each NFL franchise. "The Helicopter" was chosen by Broncos fans over "The Drive," Von Miller's Super Bowl 50 performance and Denver's 1977 AFC Championship win. Elway's play garnered 52 percent of the vote in a runaway bid to represent the Broncos in the tournament.
