Injury Updates: Tramaine Brock out vs. Ravens with groin injury


BALTIMORE — Cornerback Tramaine Brock was ruled out for the rest of the Broncos' game against the Ravens after suffering a groin injury in the first quarter.

Brock was serving as Denver's third cornerback with Adam Jones inactive with a thigh injury. Rookie cornerback Isaac Yiadom, who was inactive in the team's first two games, took Brock's place.

UPDATE (2:31 p.m. ET): Starting safety Darian Stewart suffered an injury with under two minutes remaining in the first half after tackling Ravens wide receiver Willie Snead IV. Stewart remained in for one more play before leaving the game. He was examined on the sideline in the injury tent shortly and then taken to the locker room.

Shamarko Thomas took Stewart's place.

UPDATE (2:59 p.m. ET): Stewart returned to the field when the Broncos took the field after halftime.

UPDATE (3:07 p.m. ET): Safety Will Parks suffered an injury with just over nine minutes remaining in the third quarter. Parks was injured while trying to cover Baltimore tight end Mark Andrews. The medical staff evaluated Parks on the field, and he went into the medical tent on the sideline.

UPDATE: (3:12 p.m. ET): Parks returned to the field later in the drive.

UPDATE: (3:48 p.m. ET): Tight end Jeff Heuerman was injured with about nine minutes remaining in the fourth quarter on a Case Keenum interception. Heuerman remained down on the field as the Denver medical staff tended to him. He was able to walk off the field under his own power. He returned to the field on the Broncos offense's next drive.

UPDATE: (4:50 p.m. ET): Head Coach Vance Joseph only listed Brock when he delivered his postgame injury report.
