DENVER —Starting center Matt Paradis suffered an ankle injury shortly before halftime of Sunday's contest against the Texans. He remained down for a few minutes before being helped to his feet and carted off the field.
The team announced he will not return to the game.
Coming into the afternoon, Paradis had played 3,850 consecutive snaps to begin his career — the second-longest active streak in the NFL. He had started 57 straight games.
Connor McGovern took over at center.
