Denver Broncos | Empowerment Summit Digital Learning Series

The Empowerment Summit Digital Learning Series hosted by the Denver Broncos provides opportunities for high school student-athletes who identify as female in Colorado and beyond to access virtual resources for personal and professional development. Our goal throughout this series is to equip students with skills and tools that will benefit them for years to come and expose them to strong, female role models. (2 minutes)

This Empowerment Summit Digital Learning Series session will help students identify goals in different domains of their lives and choose one goal to make an action plan and target date for accomplishing that goal, with additional resources available via Girls Inc. (27 minutes)

This Empowerment Summit Digital Learning Series session will provide students with an understanding of the importance of self-care and kindness, as well as breathwork and mindfulness tools to help self-regulate in times of anxiety or stress. (20 minutes)

This Empowerment Summit Digital Learning Series session will provide students with information on voting rights and the power of voting, in addition to other ways to have an impact on their communities. Panelists include RISE CEO Diahann Billings-Burford, Denver Broncos Cheerleader Taylor, Voting Rights Educator and Activist DeNora Getachew, and UNICEF Chief Engagement, Advocacy and Global Programs Officer Anucha Browne.
