The National Football League has announced a new League-wide policy for refunding ticket/parking payments in the event that games are cancelled during the 2011 NFL season. It is the hope of the National Football League and the Denver Broncos that no games will be cancelled, but in the event that they are, we are writing to inform you about the details of the refund policy. The refund policy is also in accordance with the terms and conditions of your Club Seat License Agreement.
The specifics of the policy are as follows:
We recognize that we have asked you to make a substantial financial commitment to the Denver Broncos and want to treat you as fairly as possible in the event that any games are cancelled.
If you have any questions or comments about the refund policy, or any other matter, please feel free to call any of our representatives at 720.258.3333 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or go to www.denverbroncos.com/workstoppage.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Why can’t I wait to pay for my tickets until we know if there is going to be a season?
At this time, we expect to play a full season in 2011, with all ten home games. We are processing season ticket renewals and new sales as usual. In the event that we miss any games, you will be refunded for those game tickets and parking passes.
What happens if games are cancelled next season?
In the event that we miss any games, you will be refunded the price of your tickets and parking for any games that we miss.
When will I be refunded?
If there is a need to refund tickets and parking, we will process refunds within 30 days of knowing exactly how many home games we will have in 2011.
In what form will I receive my refund?
You will have a choice of receiving refunds in the form that you paid for tickets (e.g., check, credit card) or you may leave credits on your account for next season.
If the season is delayed or games are cancelled, when will this be announced?
We don’t know at this time, but we will be sure to let you know as soon as we find out.
Should I still expect to receive my season tickets in the mail?
Yes, we expect to send tickets as we do every year.
When is the schedule going to be announced?
We expect the schedule to be announced in April, the same time as it is announced every year.
Is there going to be a Draft?
Yes. The Draft will take place at the same time as it does every year.
What is the best way for ticket holders to stay informed?
We are committed to keeping our season ticket holders informed and will be sure to contact you if there are any updates. You should also feel free to call us anytime or visit our website. If you are curious about CBA issues in particular, you can go to www.nfllabor.com for more information.
