Season Ticket holders have been billed for the AFC Divisional Playoff Game and the AFC Championship Game. There is no scenario that would allow the Denver Broncos to host BOTH the AFC Wildcard AND the AFC Divisional games. Should the Denver Broncos host an AFC Wildcard game and not the AFC Divisional Playoff Game, the cost differential in that ticket price will be automatically credited to the Season Ticket account for the 2013 season.
Championship Payment Plan Option:
For customers submitting a credit card payment online, the Denver Broncos are again offering this postseason payment option. If you enroll in the ‘Championship Payment Plan,’ your credit card will be charged now for a $50 per seat deposit. This deposit will secure your seat location(s) for any potential home playoff game(s) hosted by the Denver Broncos. Once it is determined that Sports Authority Field at Mile High will be hosting either an AFC Wildcard Game or an AFC Divisional Playoff Game, the card enrolled in the ‘Championship Payment Plan’ will be automatically charged for the ticket cost difference for the confirmed game (see pricing above). Similarly, should the Broncos host an AFC Championship game in Denver, the same credit card will then be charged again on Monday, January 14, 2013 for the 2nd game.
(Please note: only one credit card may be submitted for this program and it must have an expiration date of 1/13 or beyond.) Tickets for both games will be printed, however, barcodes will only be activated for those tickets that are fully paid.
Season Ticket account holders may also request a refund of that money by following the procedures outlined below. If paying online, Season Ticket holders have the option of placing a $50 DEPOSIT per seat to reserve their postseason tickets. Once a home game is secured, the cost difference will be automatically charged to the credit card on file (1 card only). See pricing chart above. To purchase season ticket locations for 2012 Postseason games, payment must be received in the Denver Broncos Ticket Office by the close of business Wednesday, December 19th.
If a game is not played in Denver, or if the Broncos host an AFC Wildcard game and not a Divisional Playoff game, you will automatically receive a postseason credit on your 2013 account. The postseason credit will consist only of the dollar amount of the tickets themselves (as indicated on page above) or the deposit placed online for ‘Championship Payment Plan’ customers. No service charges or administrative fees will be refunded. Should you prefer a refund for the playoff tickets purchased, the following procedure must be followed:
Information for the sale of individual postseason tickets will be announced at a later date. For more information, please refer to the Broncos season ticket postseason invoice or contact the Broncos Ticket Office at 720.258.3333.
