• A running back who started 39-of-50 games played at Coastal Carolina University, rushing 721 times for 4,635 yards (6.5. avg.) with 58 touchdowns.

• Set an NCAA Division I record by scoring a touchdown in 35 consecutive games (58 total touchdowns), spanning every game he appeared in during the 2014-16 seasons.

• Finished his collegiate career as Coastal Carolina’s leading rusher in all major categories, including yards (4,635), attempts (732), rushing scores (58) and 100-yard rushing games (25).

• Posted 183 rushes for 1,156 yards (6.3 avg.) with 16 touchdown during his redshirt senior season in 2016.

• Named an FCS All-American and FCS Offensive Player of the Year finalist by STATS LLC following the 2015 and ‘16 seasons.

2015: Henderson opened all 12 games, finishing with 222 rushes for 1,346 yards (6.1 avg.) with 16 touchdowns... Added 40 receptions for 403 yards (10.1 avg.) with three touchdowns... Named the Big South Conference Offensive Player of the Year and received recognition on the conference’s first team.... Broke the NCAA FCS record for consecutive games with at least one touchdown (26)... Compiled eight 100-yard rushing games.

2014: Henderson scored a touchdown in all 14 of his starts... Posted a career-best 1,534 rushing yards on 234 carries (6.6 avg.) with 20 touchdowns in addition to catching 33 passes for 289 yards (8.8 avg.)... Named First-Team All-Big South after leading the conference in rushing yards per game (109.6), total rushing yards (1,534) and rushing scores (20).

2013: Henderson saw action in 15 games (4) starts as a redshirt freshman... Finished with 82 carries for 599 yards (7.3 avg.) with six scores in addition to catching four passes for 39 yards (9.8 avg.)... Set as school record with 7.3 yards per carry, including a 10.8-yard rushing average in league games.

2012: Henderson redshirted as a true freshman.

HIGH SCHOOL: Henderson was named a finalist for South Carolina’s 2010 Mr. Football as a senior at Summerville (S.C.) High School... Voted as the Class 4A Running Back of the Year by the South Carolina Coaches Association, leading the state in rushing yards with 2,345 yards while scoring 27 touchdowns... Finished as his school’s all-time leading rusher with 4,661 yards to go along with 53 career touchdowns.

PERSONAL: Henderson graduated with a degree in recreation and sport management in the spring of 2015... De’Angelo Henderson was born on Nov. 24, 1992, in Summerville, S.C.
