Import 2011 Schedule into Outlook

Step 1: Save this file (Broncos2011Season.ics) to your desktop.

Step 2: Import the ICS file to Outlook.

NOTE: For Mac users, download the file to your desktop. Open Outlook and go to the calendar section. Then simply drag the .ics file into the calendar window and it should load automatically.

In Outlook 2007, click File > Import and Export

In Outlook 2010, click File > Open > Import

Step 3: Choose Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vsc) and click Next.

Step 4: Locate the Broncos2011Season.ics file on your desktop, or wherever you saved it, and click OK.

Step 5: Choose Import when asked what to do with the calendar file.

Step 6: Verify the schedule in your Outlook calendar.
