The Squeeze: Von checks in with Garett Bolles via FaceTime

Posted Jul 10, 2017

A concentrated look at the recent juice on the Denver Broncos.

1. Face to face

Von Miller's been known to welcome rookies to the NFL, so this year he's taken first-round offensive lineman Garett Bolles under his wing. Even though the team is on summer break, the Super Bowl 50 MVP still found time to check in with Bolles via FaceTime.

Can't wait to get back to work with my dawg @gbolles74 He's going to be a LEGEND

2. Summer camps continue

Several Broncos have hosted their own football camp since the team finished organized team activities in June. Safeties T.J. Ward and Darian Stewart are the latest to host their own camps, along with wide receiver Demaryius Thomas. Stewart's camp was especially unique because his hometown, Huntsville, Alabama, declared July 8 "Darian Stewart Day."

3. Down by the lake

Jeff Heuerman is enjoying his break with his new golden retriever puppy, Diesel. The two spent last week at the lake and Heuerman even let his pup join him out on the water!

He really likes summer time

4. Shh, it's a secret!

Pro Football Focus continues to recognize players throughout the league for their on-field success. They highlighted some of the NFL's secret superstars, including Broncos outside linebacker Shaquil Barrett.

5. Dinner or a car?

DeMarcus Walker's generosity knows no bounds. After already purchasing a new home for his mother once hs signed his rookie contract, the second-round defensive end just bought her a car for her birthday.

You want to go to dinner or you want a car? You pick #HappyBirthdayMa
