The Squeeze: Happy Easter, Broncos Country

Posted Apr 17, 2017

A concentrated look at the recent juice on the Denver Broncos.

1. NBA playoffs tip off

The NBA playoffs began on a bit of a somber not when Celtics guard Isaiah Thomas took the court just one day after his younger sister died in a car accident. Several Broncos took to Twitter to let Thomas, a Broncos fan, know he had their support.

As for the games, a few Broncos tuned in to watch the Bulls beat the Celtics and the Warriors defeat the Trail Blazers.

2. Football is back! Kind of ...

Multiple colleges around the country hosted their annual spring games over the weekend. Several Broncos returned to their alma maters to watch former teammates or check out which players may eventually join them in the NFL.

3. Happy Easter!

Many Broncos celebrated Easter by decorating eggs, participating in Easter egg hunts and dressing to the nines to go to church with their families.

Saturday was the second annual Von Miller Day in DeSoto, Texas. Miller celebrated by bringing a slew of Broncos with him for the day-long celebration.
