2. 'Welcome to Colorado!'

Arizona high schooler Becca Longo made history Thursday when she signed a letter of intent to play football at Adams State as the school's kicker. She is believed to be the first woman to sign with a Division II school or higher.

Brandon McManus took a second to congratulate Longo on her incredible accomplishment and to welcome her to the kicking club in Colorado.

3. 'When the lion is faster than the gazelle'

Derek Wolfe shared this video of his treadmill workout, and it's pretty impressive for a 6-foot-5, 285-pound defensive lineman!
