    During the above two-day negotiating period, no direct contact is permitted between a prospective unrestricted free agent and any employee or representative of a club, other than the player’s current club.

    The 2017 League Year and Free Agency period begin at 4:00 p.m., New York time.

    The first day of the 2017 League Year will end at 11:59:59 p.m., New York time, on March 9. Clubs will receive a personnel notice that will include all transactions submitted to the League office during the period between 4:00 p.m., New York time, and 11:59:59 p.m., New York time, on March 9.

    Trading period for 2017 begins at 4:00 p.m., New York time, after expiration of all 2016 contracts.

The Squeeze: Broncos teach Miss Universe dance moves

Get your concentrated look at the Broncos on social media with Tuesday's roundup talking about alpacas, new tight end Nick Kasa's fun two weeks and Miss Universe learning some dance moves from Kenny Anunike.

Today's the last off day of the season for the Broncos, and before team returns for its final stretch of preparation for the Super Bowl, we've got three things from the social realm for you to catch up on, beginning with one furry, four-legged fan.

1. Broncos Country is not limited to humans

Just like we humans look up to our sporting superheroes, so apparently does this alpaca look up to Miles. Broncos Country reaches all corners of Colorado, and that includes Sunrise Silhouettes Farm in Eaton, Colo.

2. From in the stands to on the sideline

Former Colorado Buffaloes tight end Nick Kasa was at the AFC Championship Game as a Broncos fan, but two weeks later he's a part of the team, from media day to the big game.

3. Kenny Anunike teaches Miss Universe to dab and whip

Amid the craze of Super Bowl 50 Opening Night, one media member grabbed many eyes with her tiara and sash. That would be Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach, better known as Miss Universe 2015, and in her series of interviews, she picked out defensive end Kenny Anunike to teach her some new dance moves.
