A quick look at the recent buzz on the Denver Broncos.

Barban made sure Kademn and his mom not only got into Mile High, but into seats right on the 50 yard line, row 1, right behind the Cowboys bench.

Jhabvala vs. Kiz: Has Siemian or Anderson been sweeter surprise for Broncos? (Nicki Jhabvala and Mark Kiszla, Denver Post)
They’re putting up Star Wars numbers on offense. The team’s 66 points through two games is No. 2 in the league. Yes, it’s early. Too early to declare a trend. But remember, this number, my friend: 375. If the Broncos score 375 this season, they will make the playoffs.

Broncos say run D is about attitude. But their latest defensive face-lift included a bit more. (Nicki Jhabvala, Denver Post)
The Broncos rarely need extra motivation, but what they did need this season was to show improvement against the run, their defensive Achilles’ heel a year ago. And with their coaching overhaul and offseason moves, no alteration was more noticeable than their run defense.

Broncos leap forward in power rankings after routing Cowboys (Jeff Legwold, ESPN)
While there is plenty of season still to play, and potential potholes in the road, the Broncos have flashed some scoring punch in their first two games. Quarterback Trevor Siemian is tied for the league lead with Matthew Stafford with six touchdown passes, and running back C.J. Anderson is second in the league in rushing.

Despite putting up big numbers, Siemian still isn't getting a lot of attention (Rod Mackey, 9 News)
Siemian deserves more attention, but truth be told, he doesn't mind not getting it. When the quarterback is asked about his performance, he prefers to talk about someone else's.
