Posted Nov 15, 2013

Fans will have the opportunity to check out the Sunday Night Football bus at various locations in Denver this weekend.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. – As the Chiefs are headed into town for a primetime showdown Sunday, so too is the Sunday Night Football bus.

The 304-square-foot bus, covered with pictures of NFL players and Carrie Underwood, will be in the Denver area beginning Friday though Sunday’s game.

Friday, the bus will be at Sports Authority Field at Mile High before heading to Valor Christian High School for their matchup with Columbine High School in the quarterfinals of the 5A state playoffs.

On Saturday morning, the bus will be at 9News’ Colorado Shares Food Drive at America Furniture Warehouse and then at the View House later in the day. Sunday, of course, the bus will be back at the stadium.

Fans will have the opportunity tour the bus which includes a mock SNF studio that fans can take pictures of themselves in. One lucky fan will be chosen as the SNF “Fan of the Week” and will be given a VIP experience that includes tickets to the game.

To keep up with the SNF bus check out its Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts as well as the #SNF. You can also follow the bus at NBCSports.com/FollowSNF which has an interactive map and a behind-the-scenes look at the crew.

After each game on Sunday Night Football, the player of the game signs “the Sunday Night Football.” Two Broncos have already signed it this season – Peyton Manning after Week 1 and Quentin Jammer after Week 7.

The bus is scheduled to stop in 18 cities in the 17 weeks of the season and will cross the country three times while racking up more than 18,000 miles.
