Jarmon played in 16 games -- starting one -- in his two years in Washington, accumulating 11 tackles, a pass defensed and a forced fumble.
He was placed on injured reserve on Nov. 30, 2009 after tearing his ACL, and missed time in 2010 due to injury.
The former University of Kentucky standout was selected in the third round of the 2009 supplemental draft.
Gaffney spent two seasons in Denver, catching 119 passes for 1,607 yards and four touchdowns.
