Broncos Cheerleader Tryouts Announced

The Broncos have announced audition information for the team's 2014 cheerleader squad.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- Want to be a Denver Broncos Cheerleader?

Now you can.

Tryouts for the Denver Broncos 2014 Cheerleader Squad will begin with preliminary auditions on Sunday, March 30 at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.

To sign up, please contact Director of Cheerleaders Teresa Shear at 720-258-3176. There will also be late registration applications available at the event on Sunday.

Participants should wear athletic attire and bring a black-and-white or color photograph of their self to the audition. The tryouts will include a dance audition with choreography taught on the spot. All participants auditioning for Denver Broncos Cheerleaders must be 21 years of age by July 15, 2014.

The preliminary event will take place in the east club lounge with parking available in stadium lots A and B.

Finals will be held on April 6 at Ellie Caulkins Opera House, located at 1101 13th St., Denver, CO 80204.

In recent years, the Denver Broncos Cheerleaders have been featured on other nationally televised segments on E!, The Late Show with David Letterman, Good Morning America, Fox Files, ABC’s Monday Night Football and Dog Eat Dog. In addition, they’ve appeared in weekly features on Fox Sports Net. They have also traveled to Iraq, Afghanistan, Egypt, Cuba, Guam, the Marshall Islands, Italy and Australia on tours performing for our U.S. Troops. During the week of Super Bowl XLVIII, the Denver Broncos Cheerleaders appeared on several national television broadcasts such as The Today Show, Good Morning America, Fox News, Fox & Friends, Fox Sports as well as Fox’s new show The Crowd Goes Wild.
