Anderson Added to Receiving Corps

On Saturday, the Broncos agreed to terms with free agent wide receiver David Anderson.


ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- On Saturday, the Broncos added their first unrestricted free agent, agreeing to terms with wide receiver David Anderson, who most recently played for the Houston Texans.

Last season, Anderson played in 12 games, starting one, but played in all 16 games in both the 2008 and 2009 seasons, starting a combined nine contests.

In his career, Anderson has 81 catches for 886 yards and three touchdowns.

"A great addition for us," Executive Vice President of Football Operations John Elway said via his Twitter account.
