Posted Jan 3, 2016

The Broncos will host their divisional-round playoff game on Sunday, Jan. 17 at 2:40 p.m. MST.

Broncos in the playoffs

The Broncos will open the 2016 AFC playoffs against the lowest-seeded remaining AFC team in the-divisional round game on Sunday, Jan. 17 at 2:40 p.m. MST.

The game will be broadcast nationally by CBS.

Denver captured the AFC's top seed and home field advantage in the AFC Playoffs on Sunday after New England's loss to Miami and the Broncos defeating the Chargers 27-20.

The Broncos could face the No. 4 seed Texans, No. 5 seed Chiefs or No. 6 seed Steelers.

Broncos playoff tickets go on sale at 12 p.m. MST on Monday, Jan. 4 and are available at ticketmaster.com. Only customers with a billing zip code in the Rocky Mountain region can purchase tickets through Ticketmaster.

This is the third consecutive year in which the Broncos will play the final game of the divisional round, and will also represent a club-record fifth consecutive trip to the second round of the playoffs.
