ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- In the weeks leading up to the 2013 NFL Draft, DenverBroncos.com is taking a look at the draft prospects position-by-position.

We will devote a week to each group, looking back at some of the Broncos' previous picks at the position and showcasing some of the top prospects through top stories, blogs and Broncos TV videos.

I look at the small things that help me to play fast, play 100 percent the whole game and be relentless and just get after the ball. Letting the game come to me. "Because it's all I know. i've been playing since I was 6. I love football. I just like going out there and being nasty. I like being a student of the game, getting more knowledge, trying to learn how to be a great player."
MANTI TE'O
• POSITION: Inside Linebacker
• COLLEGE: Notre Dame
• HEIGHT: 6'1"
• WEIGHT: 241
• CAREER STATS: 437 tackles, 34 tackles for loss, 8.5 sacks, 7 interceptions
• COMBINE: 4.82 40-yd. dash, 33 in. vert. jump, 113 in. broad jump
On the challenges of the NFL:
“The game gets even faster, a lot more complex. What I have to do as a player is I have to remember why I’m playing this game. It’s the same game I played when I was a little kid on the streets, same thing, football’s still the same shape. Obviously people are going to be professionals. This is where the best play. But as long as I don’t stray too far from who I am and what I believe in, I think the journey will be worth it."
