WHAT TO WATCH FOR: Cleveland-Denver is a rivalry with a compelling history that dates back to the 1980s, when John Elway-quarterbacked Broncos teams eliminated the Browns from the playoffs in hard-fought AFC Championship Games in 1986, 1987 and once again in 1989. The Broncos have taken the last nine consecutive matchups in a row.
KEY MATCHUP: Denver DE Elvis Dumervil vs. Cleveland OT Joe Thomas
Thomas is one of the league's top offensive linemen. The former Wisconsin Badger enters his sixth season in the league as one of a small handful of players who has made the Pro Bowl every year dating back to 2007. Dumervil enjoyed a day for the ages the last time he played in a home game against Cleveland, so all eyes will be on both players when No. 92 squares off against No. 72 two days before Christmas.
GAME NOTES: The Broncos will be anxious to return to Sports Authority Field at Mile High for their final two games of the 2012 regular season... After traveling to the West coast to take on the Oakland Raiders on Thursday night in Week 14, Denver heads to the East coast for a trip to Baltimore in Week 15, then returns home to host the Browns and Chiefs in the final two games of the regular season.
