SUPPORT - Alzheimer's Association: Colorado Chapter
Symptoms of Alzheimer's, the most common form of dementia, include loss of memory, reasoning, judgment, language skills and often personality changes. While some decrease in short term memory is a normal part of aging, Alzheimer's disease is not.

There are more than 69,000 Coloradans living with Alzheimer's. By the year 2020 there will be enough Coloradans living with Alzheimer's to fill Sports Authority Field at Mile High (capacity: 76,125).

Family care consultation and support groups, education classes, a 24-hour bilingual Helpline, and safety programs are available free of charge through the statewide network of seven Alzheimer's Association offices.
