What is the best thing about being a Broncos Cheerleader? The best thing about being a Broncos Cheerleader is that it combines each of my passions: working in the community, teaching, and dancing.

My most memorable experience as a DBC will always be the moment my name was called as a part of the 2012-2013 Denver Broncos Cheerleaders. My life was changed forever!

What is your most memorable experience?
My most memorable experience as a DBC will always be the moment my name was called as a part of the 2012-2013 Denver Broncos Cheerleaders. My life was changed forever!

How do you spend your time off the field?
I spend my time off the field teaching and practicing yoga, coaching a high school dance team, reading nonfiction, watching documentaries, running, and working as a Recruiter for Northwestern Mutual.

Who do you admire most in the sports industry?
It seems predictable, but I have so much respect for Peyton Manning. He leads by example, and it’s widely known that he goes above and beyond to ensure success for his team. His work ethic is incredible, and he demands respect in a quiet and humble way.

What is your favorite book?
In Defense of Food by Michael Pollan

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Hopefully still cheering for the Broncos, and back in school for another Master’s degree or my Doctorate!

What is the best thing about Broncos fans?
They rarely blame or praise just one player or coach for the outcome of a game. They’re aware that it’s a team effort, and they stand by that team no matter what.

What do you do in your spare time to relax?
Practice yoga, read, and talk to my family over the phone!

What is your best advice to kids?
Constantly strive to become a better version of the unique person you are, rather than comparing yourself to others.

What is the best gift you ever received?
My very first pair of ballet shoes.

Most important goal in life?
My goal is to learn something new every day, and then share it with others.

What is the one place you would most like to visit?
My unrealistic dream is to someday travel into outer space. My realistic dream is to go back to the town in Italy that my relatives are from.

Who has been your greatest inspiration?
My parents. They instilled in me a humble and quiet confidence for which I’m so grateful. They are my biggest supporters in anything I do.

What is the one thing that you value most in life?
My friendships are my most prized possession. I am truly proud of the people I choose to call my friends, and look up to every one of them for different reasons.

What is the toughest part about being a cheerleader?
The off-season.

Who are two people you would like to have dinner with?
Albert Einstein and Mother Theresa.

What are your favorite things to do in Denver?
Hiking, going to farmer’s markets, trying out new restaurants, and going to sporting events.

Favorite sport to participate in?
Dance.

What are the three words that best describe you?
Genuine, curious, and persistent.

What is your most prized possession?
My National Championship ring from college.

What is your greatest accomplishment?
Moving away from Minnesota to pursue my dreams!
